Purpose
The (current) purpose encoded at the core of Trainers’ Forum (TsF) is to help realize the future of learning. We care about that, because we believe it’s essential for the sustainable thriving of people, organisations, communities, and ecosystems.
Vision
We envision a future, well within our lifetimes, in which relevant knowledge within everyone’s reach, co-created by a community stewarding the art, craft, and science of learning.
Mission
And the way we approach contributing to this vision is by fostering the evolution of an educational ecosystem, bridging learners and learning providers, promoting learning literacy, and generating learning opportunities.
Organisational structure
The structure that’s at the core of TsF and our future development aspirations is called the For-Purpose Enterprise, building on the organisational operating systems of Holacracy and Sociocracy.
TsF Membership
If your personal purpose overlaps with TsF’s and you’d like to engage in deeper forms of participation and co-creation within this community of practice gathering around the art, craft, and science of learning, we’d love to bring you on board!
Everyone engaged with TsF as an organisation is granted the same foundational status of a “Purpose Agent”, which comprises a shared set of rights and responsibilities, and can be further expanded by the specific roles people choose to energize.
Welcome meeting
To start your process of exploring the deeper layers of the TsF Ecosystem, we’d be happy to meet with you for a short (~30 minute) introductory meeting, which you can schedule through the button below. During this meeting, we’ll:
- share more about the living, beating heart of TsF,
- get to know more about you, your sense of purpose and interests, and
- clarify next steps involved in becoming a TsF Member.
General onboarding
If you’ll resonate with the TsF vibes, and accept the TsF Membership agreement, we’ll help you choose a starting role for you to energise, and teleport you into TsF’s virtual collaboration spaces.
Role-specific onboarding
After you settle in to TsF as an organisation, we’ll connect you with others, who can help you fully claim your role, make it your own, and start co-creating TsF and realizing the future of learning, together!
