Coping with Uncertainty from Authentic Leadership 19.04 12:30

This session will be a space for joint reflection on the importance of authentic leadership to overcome the current situation. The trainer’s area of study has been bullying at work and it is known that situations of change and stress can trigger this type of scenario, so it is important to reflect on the figure of the authentic leader as a key person to help cope with such situations. A moment of crisis, but an opportunity to rethink the style of leadership in pursuit of one that facilitates cooperation, as necessary in these extraordinary moments as in normal circumstances.

Trainer: Laura Quiun

Social communicator with a PhD in Psychology. I am an executive coach and this training is transversal in the way I approach different situations in my life. Coaching is more than a process of accompaniment, it implies a continuous rethinking not only in terms of achieving objectives, but also in terms of self-responsibility, purpose and seeing life as opportunities. From this perspective and integrating the learning acquired as a researcher, I offer you this session.
