What happens when we empower our students to create their own learning playlists? We are training and coaching in an era of democratized content and self-directed lifelong learning, but also seeing information-overload and quickly outdated set curriculum which need to be constantly revised and updated. This session serves as an introduction to one solution to the above.

After the session participants will:

  1. be familiar with a student-centred approach to training focused on co-creation of learning “playlists”
  2. be introduced to some recommended tools to build, share and track engagement with these playlists in advance of the coaching/training sessions
  3. be able to adapt playlists and flipped learning in general to their individual coaching offer
  4. be able to explain the benefits of playlists vs. set programmes or modules to their clients
