Making decisions is something that everyone needs to do in a lot of moments of their life, being it professionally or personally. While some decisions may have a weak impact on our life, others may (strongly) influence us and also the people around us. Managers and high-level executives tend to make more risky decisions, but being able to make the best decision (possible) in every circumstance of our life is a high-valuable skill.
