Aim: To build awareness and understanding of the challenges faced by people with ADHD, as well as practical, evidence-based methods that can help improve quality of life.

Audience: Anyone personally affected by ADHD, supporting someone who is, or simply curious to understand the topic better.

Content: Sharing scientific insights and personal experiences about living with ADHD, including successes, struggles, and lessons learned.

Format: A 1,5-hour live online learning session – this edition will unfold exclusively in Polish.

Time & place: 24th of October 2025, 12:00 CEST, Zoom (link available after sign-up).

Host: Hanna Majka, an experienced trainer with a background both in the volunteering and corporate training worlds, who was diagnosed with ADHD almost three years ago, and since then, made it her mission to learn as much as possible about neurodiversity. She regularly attends conferences, follows the latest research, and has worked with an ADHD coach to better understand effective strategies for managing daily life.

Fee: 30€ (includes attendance, handouts, and follow-up Q&A opportunities). All proceeds will be used to support the TsFC 2025 Conference.
