The privilege to attend and co-create the yearly TsF Conference: a vibrant learning and networking experience within an international, interdisciplinary, and intergenerational community of educators, trainers, facilitators, and passionate learners.

Access to limited edition and customized merchandise like T-shirts, 3D printed artefacts, and training materials.

Organisational Participation

Corporate full fee

€400/year

For the attendee:

    • Full Conference experience (accommodation, meals, program)
    • Access to “back-stage” TsF collaboration channels
    • Priority merchandise access

For the organisation:

    • Website listing as a TsF Conference 2025 supporter (with permission, on request)
    • Opportunity to explore training opportunities provided by TsF Members
    • Possibility for attendee to (re)present your organisation during or after the event

Full Participation

Reduced or regular individual fee

€300 - 250/year

Full Conference experience:

    • Accommodation (3 nights, bedding & towels included)
    • 3 warm meals & coffee breaks per full day (dinner on arrival, breakfast on departure)
    • Full access to the program (sessions, networking, evening social activities)
    • Provision of essential training materials for sessions
    • Priority merchandise access

Full access to year-round collaboration:

    • Access to “back-stage” TsF collaboration channels

Partial Participation

Self-hosted fee

€150/year

Partial Conference experience:

    • No accommodation (self-hosted nearby)
    • 3 warm meals & coffee breaks per full day (dinner on arrival, breakfast on departure)
    • Full access to the program (sessions, networking, evening social activities)
    • Provision of essential training materials for sessions

Full access to year-round collaboration:

Glimpse Participation

Content-only fee

€80 - 50/year

Content-layer Conference experience:

    • No accommodation (self-hosted nearby)
    • Access to the content layer of the Conference (without networking, and evening social programs), either to all of the sessions, or two chosen ones.

    • Access to public TsF networking channels
